The contact form sends your name, email, optional company, project type and description to our business email inbox to assess and respond to your enquiry. The website does not maintain an enquiry database. Please avoid sensitive information. No account creation or newsletter signup is implemented.

When enabled, enquiries are processed to respond to your request and, where relevant, take steps towards a potential agreement. The responsible business determines the applicable handling and retention arrangements.

The contact endpoint uses an anonymous global submission counter stored on the server for abuse prevention. It contains no form contents or visitor IP addresses, and expired counter files are removed on subsequent submissions. No automatic cleanup runs while the form is inactive.

Serving a website involves technical connection information such as IP addresses and request details. Any storage of that information in production infrastructure logs, including its purpose and retention, must be documented with the selected hosting provider.

03 / Cookies and storage

This implementation does not add analytics, advertising trackers, embedded third-party media or marketing cookies. Background video sets are selected randomly without remembering previous visits. The contact page uses Cloudflare Turnstile for security verification. Cloudflare processes technical information about your browser and connection to distinguish visitors from automated abuse. The website sends the verification token, not your enquiry contents, to Cloudflare. If analytics, third-party embeds or other storage are introduced, this information and any required consent controls must be updated before activation. Images and the supplied vector logo are served from the website. Typography uses system fonts, with no external font service.

Turnstile is limited to the contact form and must be configured without pre-clearance cookies. See Cloudflare’s Turnstile Privacy Addendum for its handling of technical data. Review these arrangements before activation.

Enquiries are transmitted using the configured SMTP email service. Email storage and backups follow the provider and business retention arrangements. Production hosting logs, any international transfers and relevant service agreements must be confirmed by the responsible business. If the implementation changes, this page must change with it.
